The Purpose:Desktop Page Establishoffers a modern, cloud-based environment that closely mirrors a traditional Windows desktop, all within a secure accessweb interface. It is designed for ease of access, intuitive navigation, and seamless integration with cloud applications.

The application provides users with a fully interactive virtual desktop experience accessible directly through a browser — no local installation needed.

Think of it as your personal desktop in the cloud, always available, wherever you are.

3.1.2 Key Desktop Components

Upon logging in, the cloud desktop displays a clean and familiar interface with the following core components:

  • Recycle Bin
    Temporarily stores deleted files. You can restore or permanently delete items from here.

  • App Nest
    A central hub for accessing and managing all installed or available cloud-based applications.

  • Settings
    Configure your system preferences, desktop layout, themes, and more.

  • File Manager
    Browse, upload, organize, and manage userall roles.your personal and shared files in a familiar folder structure.

  • 🔹 Actions:
    Download
    AddView Newand Users:manage your downloaded files from the cloud environment.

    • Navigate to Admin Panel → Users → “Add User”

    • Enter full

      Document
      Quickly detailsaccess (Name,your Email,saved Role)documents, open office files, or start new ones directly from the cloud.

    • User Management
      For administrators or users with permission: manage user roles, accounts, and access levels.
