  4.2.1 File Selection Methods

• Single-click to select one item

• Ctrl + Click to multi-select

• Shift + Click for range

4.2.2 Upload Files and Folders

• Drag & Drop: Drag files into the white space
  
  

• Right-click Menu (if available): Choose “Upload” or “New Folder”
  
  

4.2.3 Download Files

• Right-click a file → Select “Download”

• Downloads saved to user system’s default location
