2.2.1 Login page

The Login Page is your secure entry point into the Dots system. With a clean, user-friendly design, it makes signing in both simple and efficient.

At the center of the screen, you’ll see the Dots logo along with a welcoming message, setting a friendly and professional tone. You’ll be asked to enter your Username and Password in clearly marked fields.

To help avoid typing mistakes, the password field includes a toggle (eye icon) that lets you show or hide what you’ve typed.

Once your login details are filled in, just click the Login button to begin. If your credentials are correct, you’ll be taken straight to your personal workspace.

The entire page is designed to prioritize ease of use and security, so you can get started quickly with confidence.

2.2.2 Change Username Flow

If you need to change your username for example, if you’ve entered the wrong one the system makes it easy to fix.

Just click the ‘X’ (close) icon on the current screen, and you’ll be taken back to the Welcome Page. From there, choose the “Change Username” option. You’ll then be able to enter the correct username and continue with the login process.

This flexible flow gives you full control over your login experience, allowing for quick corrections without starting over. It’s built to be smooth, secure, and user-friendly so small mistakes never slow you down.
